Signing in with Google or Apple

On the welcome screen, choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple (the Apple option appears on devices that support it).
Why only these
ReciLore has no email-and-password system of its own. Google and Apple handle the sign-in, so there's no separate ReciLore password, and your email is verified by them.
Switching providers
Stick with the one you first used — that account is your ReciLore account, and it's tied to your household and everything you've added. The Settings → Profile → Signed in with row shows whether you're on Apple or Google. Signing in with the other provider would start a separate account.
