Photo & content storage limits
Updated 2026-09-02
Each household has two allowances: one for photos (recipe and memory images) and one for text content (recipe and note text).
The "Photo Storage" row
Settings → Recipes → Photo Storage normally just shows a label. Once you pass about 80% of the allowance it starts showing a figure like "410 MB / 500 MB". Below that it's hidden on purpose — there's nothing to act on yet.
When you hit a limit
- "Your household's photo storage is full. Delete some photos or upgrade to ReciLore Full for more space." — remove photos you don't need, or upgrade.
- "Your household has reached its recipe and note content allowance." — shorten the text you're adding, remove something else, or upgrade.
- "This household is read-only while its subscription transition is active." — you're in the 30-day period after Full ended; renew to lift it. See When Full ends.
ReciLore Full raises both allowances significantly.
Questions this answers
